This 1-hour course is designed to familiarize child care providers with the nutritional needs of infants and toddlers and the best strategies for meeting these needs. This course was developed and produced by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service of the Texas A&M University System in cooperation with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Child Care Licensing Division, and using funds provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
