As a program leader, recognizing the significance of personal interactions and communication with staff, parents, and children is critical for your early childhood program. Examining these core factors and understanding the implication that the physical environment has on the center’s well being are wonderful first steps. Identifying the different modes of communication and their importance in the work place, as well as recognizing the need for staff participation in practices and policies are additional ways to enhance your program. Funding for this one-hour training was provided by the Workforce Solutions as part of their Early Care and Education Quality Improvement initiative.
