An important aspect of inclusive child care is offering children the opportunity to be fully engaged in activities that will promote their physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
This 2-hour course examines key components of an appropriate environment for infants and toddlers, focusing specifically on how materials and activities can be modified, if necessary, to ensure that children with different developmental and functional needs are successful in the child care setting. This course was developed and produced by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of the Texas A&M University System in cooperation with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Child Care Licensing Division, and using funds provided by the Texas Workforce Commission.
A HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE.
